Check its real format and size. Renaming a HEIC or another unsupported file to .jpg does not convert it. Try a newly exported JPG or PNG within the input limits.
Choose a task below and follow the steps. You do not need an account or an exam preset to begin.
Open the photo tool and click Upload your photo. On a phone, choose a file from your photo library or files. On a computer, you can also drag an image into the upload area.
Use JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MiB and 24 megapixels. HEIC, GIF and SVG are not supported. Convert an unsupported format before selecting it.
Drag the image to position it inside the crop frame. Use Zoom to move closer and the rotation buttons to turn the image left or right by 90°. Keep the face and any required details inside the frame.
Turn on Add name & photo date, enter your name and the actual date the photo was taken, and adjust the text size or color. Both fields start empty. Leave this option off if you do not need a text strip.
The white strip sits inside the final image dimensions. The crop frame shows the remaining photo area. Turn on Preview final crop and text to inspect the layout before compression.
Click Generate JPG. The tool creates a real JPEG and checks its encoding, pixels, byte size and DPI metadata. If it cannot meet your selected target, it explains the problem instead of showing a successful result.
Open the signature tool and select Upload your signature. Start with a scan or a clear photograph where all pen strokes can be seen.
Keep the full signature starts enabled. It fits the whole source image inside the output and adds white space where needed. Adjust White margin to add space around it.
To remove unwanted areas from the source, turn this option off and drag or zoom the manual crop. Keep the beginning and end of every pen stroke inside the frame.
Use the rotation buttons if the image is sideways. Brightness starts at 100% and is optional. Watch fine or faint strokes when adjusting it; the tool does not redraw or restore missing handwriting.
Click Generate JPG, then enlarge the result. Check that every stroke remains readable before downloading.
You can start with Default Settings. Use Change Settings in the output panel only when you need different values.
| Tool | Dimensions | Export pixels | DPI metadata | Target size |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Photo | 3.5 × 4.5 cm | 276 × 354 px | 200 | 20–50 KB |
| Signature | 400 × 133 px | 400 × 133 px | 200 | 10–20 KB |
Changing a setting clears the previous output and its pass status. Click Generate JPG again before downloading.
Default Settings are product targets, not verified TNPSC requirements. An application may also set a minimum file size or require different dimensions. Consult the size guide and your specific notice.
The result lists the actual pixel dimensions, file bytes, JPEG encoding, read-back DPI and filename. A technical pass means the file matched the selected tool targets. It does not certify the image contents or guarantee acceptance by a portal.
Click View larger to inspect the face, text or pen strokes. Close the enlarged preview with Close or Escape. Choose Edit again if you need to change the result.
Click Download JPG. The suggested filename is Photograph.jpg or Signature.jpg. Your browser or operating system controls the save location and may ask where to put the file.
Download started confirms that saving was requested. Check your browser’s downloads or your device’s Files app, and open the saved file to make sure it is the one you want.
Check its real format and size. Renaming a HEIC or another unsupported file to .jpg does not convert it. Try a newly exported JPG or PNG within the input limits.
Review the error and your notice. You may need to increase the target or reduce output dimensions if your application allows it. The tool will not silently change your selected dimensions or report a failed file as passed.
Use a smaller text size, increase the output width if allowed, or turn off the strip if it is not required. Long text is rejected rather than silently cut off.
Use Edit again to adjust the crop or rotation. A clearer original can help with blur or faint handwriting. Resizing and compression cannot recreate detail that is missing from the source.
Compare the saved file against the exact notice, including minimum and maximum bytes, pixels and text requirements. Read the upload troubleshooting guide for dimensions, size and format checks.
The editor processes files in your browser. Refreshing or closing the page loses unsaved edits. Only one image is processed at a time. See the Privacy Policy for details.
