Your images are processed in your browser.

Images, names and dates

Files are decoded, edited and encoded on your device. This application does not submit images, filenames, applicant names or photo dates to a processing server. Visitors do not need an account to use the tools. The tools have no image database or advertising scripts.

Temporary memory

Source images and generated files stay in browser memory while the page is open. Changing an image or leaving the page releases the app’s temporary references. Refreshing the page does not restore your edits. Downloads you save remain on your device until you remove them.

Website requests

Your browser requests the HTML, scripts and styles needed to load this website. Hosting providers may record ordinary access logs such as IP addresses and requested page URLs. Your local image is not included in those requests.

Website analytics

When enabled for the production project, this site uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure page views, referring pages and broad device, browser and location trends. Vercel describes this service as using anonymized, aggregated data without cookies. The analytics request may include the page path, referrer, browser and device information, and approximate location. We do not send image contents, filenames, applicant names or photo dates to analytics. The optional operation-event tracking is currently disabled.

Contact messages

If you use the contact form, the name you choose to provide, your email address, topic and message are stored in the operator’s Supabase database when the support inbox is enabled. New-message notifications and replies are sent through Resend. The operator can access messages and reply history through a private administration area. Contact messages are retained until the operator deletes them; you can request deletion via the contact form. The contact endpoint uses a short-lived, hashed network address to limit repeated submissions; Vercel may also process request data to operate and secure its service. Do not send photographs, signatures, application numbers or other sensitive documents through this form. See the Resend privacy policy and the Supabase privacy policy.

The administration area uses a necessary HttpOnly session cookie for login. Public tool users do not receive this login cookie.

Opening a source link takes you to that website and its privacy policy. The editor does not contact those external sites to process your images.
